Tenso.com is an international forwarding service which allows you to place orders on Japanese online stores that do not offer international shipping.

Registration is for free and the steps are very easy to follow. The site can be viewed in Chinese, Japanese, Korean or English. So how does it work? Basically, after you register on Tenso.com, they will provide you with a Japanese address. On Japanese online stores that do not offer international shipping, they will require you to enter a Japanese address. You can then enter the address Tenso gave you. Your order will arrive as Tenso’s warehouse and they will calculate how much your usage fee is. After you pay the usage fee, Tenso will ship your order to you.

Finally, the site even offers to place your order for you if you are having trouble ordering from the Japanese website or the store does not accept credit cards from foreign countries. 2. What payment methods does Tenso.com accept (in regards to paying the usage fee)?

They accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB and Amex) and Paypal.

3. Do I have to pay for my order at the Japanese online store?

Yes you do. This means that you must pay for the items you ordered and the domestic shipping (ie. shipping to the Tenso warehouse). You will then be billed for the usage fee from Tenso after they receive your order.

4. Does Tenso.com accept returns?

No they do not. You must contact the retailer.
